She was the daughter of the late Arthur Raley and Loma Horton Pate. Widow of Shelley B. Horton.

Mrs. Horton was a member of Morningside Presbyterian Church. She loved to spend time with her family.

She was predeceased by sisters, Mary Myrtle Jones, Elsya Knight, and Ethel Raley.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur Raley and Loma Horton Pate. Widow of Shelley B. Horton.
