A funeral service will be held at Venice Bible Church at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include parents Rick and Carriann; sisters Elizabeth and Madison; maternal grandparents Janet and Jerry Baldizzi; fraternal grandparents Barbara and Larry Musgrove, and Richard and Carol.
Sarah was a second-grade student at Liberty Elementary in Port Charlotte. She enjoyed her story time and dressing up. She also liked cooking with her mom and recently began swimming.

Sarah-Dian died from injuries sustained on Feb 13, 2009, when the car she was riding in, with her father [Rick] and sister [Madison], was struck by a drunk driver.
