Services were Monday at Greenwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Phoenix for Lottah L. Bacon, 78, who died Jan. 27 in good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Mrs. Bacon and her husband, Marshall, were co-publishers of the The Wickenburg Sun from 1934 to 1944. Mrs. Bacon was born Jan. 22, 1911 in Phoenix. She moved back to Phoenix nine years ago from Indiana, following the retirement of her husband from The Indianapolis Star. She was a 50 years member of the Wickenburg chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Marshall, of Phoenix; a brother, Oliver, a son, Robert, and three grandchildren. Arrangements were by the Tolleson Funeral Home in Tolleson.
