COOPER — D. B. Jackson of Cooper died Wednesday at 4 a.m. at Grand Prairie.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Delta Funeral Home Chapel in Cooper with interment in the East Delta Cemetery.
Mr. Jackson was born Sept. 15, 1914 in Delta County, son of Julius M. Jackson and Martha (McBride) Jackson. His home was at 951-lOth SE. He was a retired employe of the Gifford-Hill Pipe Co. March 26, 1930, he married Miss Gladys Thomas.
Survivors include his wife of Cooper; his step-mother, Mrs. Annie Jackson of Cooper; four sons, Richard Jackson of Grand Prairie, Larry Jackson of Quinlan, L. B. Jackson of Grand Prairie and Boyce Jackson of Frisco; two daughters, Mrs. Helen Haeff of Grand Prairie and Mrs. Neva Joyce Smith of Lone Star; three brothers, Leslie Jackson of Cooper, Junior Jackson of Gilmer and Oilie Ray Jackson of Grand Prairie; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Thomas of Copper; and 17 grandchildren.
