Janice Eileen Taylor died at her home on Monday April 5, 1999 after a year long struggle with cancer.
Funeral services were Friday April 9, 1999 at the Thayne Stake Center. Burial in the Thayne Cemetery.
She was born in Idaho Falls on Dec 15, 1936. She belonged to the First Presbyterian Church. Her parents are Elmer H. and Lois M. Tawzer.
Janice grew up on the family farm in Ammon. She attended Idaho Falls High School and a year at Idaho State University. On April 3, 1956, she married Larry M. Taylor of Iona. They have lived in Thayne on Star Valley Ranch for nearly 30 years.
She had three children, Jody Merritt, Shane and J.P.
She is survived by her husband Larry, three children; eight grandchildren; her father Elmer H. Tawzer, three brothers Gary of Pocatello, Lanny of Santa Maria CA and Tom of Idaho Falls.
She was preceded in death by an infant son and her mother Lois M. Tawzer.
