"Mrs. Georgia Myers Frantz, eighty-four, widow of Dr. Christian G. Frantz, died at her home at 551 West Chestnut street, at 7:20 a. m. Thursday of infirmities of old age. She was born in Hanover, the daughter of the late David and Mary Slagle Myers and has been a resident of Lancaster for the past 46 years. She was a member of the Reformed Mennonite church.
She is survived by the following children: Maude A., wife of John K. Herr, of Lancaster; Lelia M., wife of Ernest H. Miller, of Lancaster; Wilbur M. Frantz of Wilkes-Barre; Ruth E., wife of Leroy M. Herr, of Lancaster; Mary M., wife of John Hubley, of Lancaster; Harry C. Frantz of Lancaster, and Lillian G., wife of Theodore F. Powl, of Lancaster; sixteen grandchildren and one great grandson.
Services will be held at the parlors of Fred F. Groff, Inc., 234 West Orange street, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock (DT) with interment in Greenwood cemetery. Friends may call Friday (this) evening from 7 to 9 o'clock."
