He leaves his wife, Mildred; two sons, John of Petaluma and James Allred of Point Richmond; one daughter, Donna Hollander of Oakdale; one brother; two sisters, including Dorothy Savage of Stockton and Velda Anderson of Dallas, Texas; and three grandchildren.
The family prefers remembrances be sent to a favorite charity (adapted from the Modesto Bee).
