A Ponca City teen-ager was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Osage County.
Kensie Andrews, 16, was dead at the scene of an accident about 5:10 a.m. Wednesday, three miles east of Ponca City on U.S. 60.
The patrol said she was northbound from a country road and pulled away from a stop sign to turn west onto the highway. An eastbound pickup pulling a livestock trailer and driven by Gary Smith, 55, of Ponca City, struck Andrews' car.
Smith was treated at the scene for minor injuries. His passenger, Ann Smith, 17, of Ponca City, was not injured.
Seat belts were in use in both vehicles, the patrol said.
