Mrs. Maggie Belle Hager, 88, of Route 2, Strafford, died at ,8:30 a.m. today in Cox Medical Center after a short illness.
Mrs. Hager, a lifelong resident of Greene County, was a member of East Side Assembly of God Church. She was the widow of George N. Hager, who died Jan. 26, 1971.
Surviving are a son, the Rev. Gerald Hager, Route 2; a daughter, Mrs. Mazie Beam, Route 1; a sister, Mrs. Martha Gunthery, Superior, Ariz.; four grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
Klingner will announce funeral arrangements.
