Mr. Pemberton is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mabel Pemberton; five daughters, Mrs. Eva Arnold and Nancy, Barbara, Betty, and Mary Pemberton, all of Port Huron; three sons, John, Bill, and Frank Pemberton, all of Port Huron; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lovell Pemberton, Lexington; a brother Lovell Pemberton Jr., Port Huron; four sisters, Mrs. Leo Carnahan, Mrs. Nellie VanBuskirk, Mrs. Eva Rowley, and Mrs. Elvina Beeden, all of Port Huron; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
