Bonnie Camille Herring Allen, 47, of 1230 Cedar St., New Bern, died Saturday, July 9, 2005 in Kenly.

A graduate of New Bern High School, she was employed by New Taxi Service as a driver. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir.

Funeral will be 10 am Friday at St. Peter's AME Zion Church with the Rev. Joseph C. George officiating.

Burial will be in New Bern Memorial cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Jonathan O'Neil Allen and Jamal Bush of the home; and four sisters, Cynthia Herring and Diane Banks of New Bern, Ursula Allen of Waldorf, Md. and Sonya Allen of Washington.


The family will receive friends at the residence.


Viewing will be from 10 am to 6 pm Thursday at Oscar's Mortuary, New Bern, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
