The death of Leon Francis Dickinson, 61, occurred late Saturday at the Bath Hospital. He had been in declining health for several months. The body is at the family home 29 Shannon street. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday at the local Presbyterian Church of which the deceased was a member. The pastor, the Rev. C. H. Allen Jr. will officiate and burial will be in Nondaga Cemetery. Mr. Dickinson was a son of Francis and Minevra Jack Dickinson, born at Yost Mills in the neighboring town of Thurston, passing his life in this community. For a term of years he had been a valued employee at the power plant of the Bath Electric system. His widow the former May Strait, and sons, Francis and Kenneth Dickinson, Bath, with a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Billings, Avoca, survive.
