Susan Alice Hatch Osborne passed away on January 27, 2009 at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born March 9, 1953 to Clayton Bernard Hatch and Margaret Ione Evans. She married Jimmy Robert Osborne on November 18, 1977 in Murray, Utah, and shortly after she gave birth to her only child, Jaymie.

She was a dedicated wife and mother. She had an incredible love for life. She touched the hearts of everyone she came in contact with. She enjoyed reading, playing games and spending time with family and friends at Bear Lake.

Her true love in life was spending time with her granddaughter Rajeigh (Peanut). She was always willing to help others. She was a national spokesperson for breast cancer awareness and appeared this last year on the Eggo Waffles box. She never lost hope and always stayed positive. We will miss your beautiful smile and strength.

She is survived by: husband Jimmy R. Osborne, daughter Jaymie Osborne, granddaughter Rajeigh Alyce Keller, brother Don Hatch (Carlene), sisters Carol Smith (Delbert) and Judy Lloyd (Howard), many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Clayton and Margret Ione Hatch, brother Richard Hatch and several grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy. Friends may call at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. and on Monday from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
