Mrs. Lizzie Fant, 96, of Wadley, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 1981 at Traylor's Nursing Home after several months illenss. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Mountain Spring Baptist Church in the Sparkling Springs community, of which she was a member, on Saturday April 18 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Maynard Mooney officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery with Johnson & Sanders in charge.
Pallbearers were Jim Birchfield, Philip Wilkerson, Joe Carl Welsh, Floyd Meigs, Edwin Hodnett and Steve Welsh.
