Mary Timothy O'Brien Fleming, 95, was born to William Henry and Rachel Perlina O'Brien on January 13, 1926, in Rains County, Tx and died on October 17, 2021. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Lindale and was a lifelong rancher and farmer. She enjoyed fishing, travelling and playing 42 in her spare time.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter "Judge" Fleming; son Lynnual Fleming as well as brothers Jimmy Magee, Maurice O'Brien, H.D. O'Brien, Bill O'Brien, and Justin O'Brien. On the O'Brien side, she is survived by nephews Michael O'Brien and wife Jana of Center; Patrick O'Brien and wife Cheryl of Flower Mound; and Jimmy Russell Magee of Tyler; nieces Yvonne Williams and husband Leon of Silsbee; Sheila Padon and husband Charles of Lindale; Belinda Bissett and husband David of Houston; Kelly Gaspard and husband Ray of Port Neches; and Sandra Beck and husband Herb of South Lake; sisters-in-law Minion Bean of Lindale and Betty Adams of Tyler; and on the Fleming side she is survived by sister-in-law Virginia Fleming of Jacksonville; nephews Butch Fleming, Greg Fleming, Phil Williams, Todd Fleming, and Rodney Fleming; nieces Dorothy Ann Bryan, Shirley Matthews, Rosanna White, Melinda Fleming, Bettina Caggiano, and Tammi Berry.
Pall bearers will be Charles Padon, Leon Williams, David Bissett, Patrick O'Brien, Herb Beck and Lane O'Brien.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale with Michael O'Brien officiating. Interment will follow at Sabine Cemetery in Lindale. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church in Lindale.
