This infant, beloved son of Fred & Wilhelmina (Meyer) Lichte, was laid to rest in 1873 in the Carrell Cemetery, which was within sight of the Lichte residence. Top photo was taken circa 2004. There are times when the billy goats are allowed to graze in the cemetery in an effort to keep weeds under control. This Lichte descendant believes that to be a most appropriate gesture to maintain the cemetery!
