Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday at Grace Baptist Church in Durant for Troy "Screwball" Bryant, 74, Durant, who died Sunday, April 12, 1998 in Durant. The Rev. Carrel Hooper will officiate.
Mr. Bryant was born Sunday, July 15, 1923 in Morrilton,Ark., to Samuel Ray and Mary Bell(McGeath) Bryant.
He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. He loved to deer hunt with his bow, playing snooker and dominoes, but most of all a love to attend church.
He was a retired welder.
Mr. Bryant married Ruth E. Buckmaster on December 29, 1945 in Cobb.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Mary Bell
(McGeath) Bryant, sons Terry Dean Bryant and Truman Troy Bryant, brother Rubin Dale Bryant and grandson Dereck Bryant.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Buckmaster Bryant, Durant,
