A telegram was received here yesterday morning announcing the death of Dill F. Amis in a hospital at Lincoln, Nebraska, where he has been for medical treatment for the past two months. Dill has been ailing in health for several years and all medical aid possible seemed to have been of no avail and he has gradually grew weaker until his death, Wednesday night, October 3, 1917. He was about 54 years old, and has resided with his brother, George, on the farm in Webster township for the past 32 years. The funeral will be held at the Oak Creek Christian church, this Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock, and interment in the cemetery near by.
