SPRINGTOWN - Stella B. Byers, 87, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2002, in Weatherford.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at White's Chapel. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at White's Chapel.
Stella Byers was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a resident of Springtown most of her life. Stella was a member of Calvary Cathedral Church. She worked with the Bread Basket Ministry of Fort Worth.
Stella was preceded in death by her husband, R.L. Byers; and brothers, Leonard and Floyd Hinkle.
Survivors: Son, Don D. Brown of Weatherford; daughters, Barbara Hall of Springtown, Delta Krause of Azle; brother, Lloyd Hinkle of Decatur; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. White's Funeral Home Springtown, (817) 523-7211
