1900 census calls her Louisa H Abbott. Digital Archives Whatcom Co death return virtual image identifies her as Louise Reed Abbott, d 15 Jul bur 17 Jul 1906, not the 22 Jul date on the marker. "C E Abbott" is Charles E Abbott, one of our CW vets at Orting. He was a photographer and came to Washington State abt 1902. She predeceased him and not long after (29 May 1912) he was admitted to the WSSH. Louise was born in Apr 1848 in New York and married Charles E Abbott in Booneville in abt 1867. He died at the WSSH Orting on 5 Jan 1915 and was buried in the cem there two days later. Effects, a gold watch and a small sum of cash, was left to a sister in Maine.
