Born in Sussex Borough, she was a lifelong Sussex County resident.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Newton Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Mickle is survived by two sons, Atwook K. III of New York and Jack E. Of Newton, two daughters, Sandra J.(James) Klingener and Jill E. McMickle, both of Newton: one brother, Donald (Constance) Osborne of the Bahamas & one sister, Patricia (William) Joppien of Mulberry, Florida, and 7 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Atwood K. McMickle Jr & mother, Flora B Osborne.
Funeral services will be held today at 8pm at the Iliff Funeral Home 156 Main St., Newton, with the Rev. Ralph Nelson of the Newton Presbyterian Church officiating.
Private cremation will take place at Rosedale, Orange, NJ. Interment in Newton Cemetery will be private.
