Mula was born in San Jose, on the 15th of April 1975. He graduated from James Lick High School in 1993. Mula was a very kind and big hearted man. He would give you the shirt off his back. He always helped anyone out who needed it. When my granddaughter, Tutuila died in 2001 he was one of two of her pallbearers. He made a CD for her and the music was just beautiful. He and my daughter married in 1999 and in 2000 their first son, Lil Sai was born. Mula was so happy. He would go to work and when he got home he would take the baby from me and I wouldn't see him until the next morning. Eighteen months later, their second son, Leon was born. The two oldest boys look just like their daddy. In 2004 their youngest son, Edward Jr. was born. He loved his three sons with all of his heart. He called them his three kings. Mula really loved his wife and boys. His family meant everything to him. They would take their boys to the park, Chucky Cheese and bowling. Mula was a very respectful man and treated my husband and myself like we were his second parents. We are going to miss him until the day we go home to be with him and all of our loved ones who have gone before us. He had such a beautiful smile and it would light up the whole room. Mula, our hearts are broken. We loved you and I know you loved us. Watch over your wife Sonja and your three "kings". They miss you so much. Until we meet again.
Mula had several medical issues. We believed he died from a heart attack but won't know for sure until we get his autopsy report.
