Geneva Gentry

SPENCER — Geneva Gentry, 91, of Spencer, died Saturday at Gosport Nursing Home.

Born Jan. 14, 1908, in Robinson, Ill., she was the daughter of Walter and Clara Belle (Cramer) Stahl.

She was a retired nurses aide and a member of Spencer Nazarene Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Pearl Ridgway of Bloomfield, Freeda Lane of Freedom, Marjorie Spannan of Spencer, Sharron Alexander of Romney and Sherrel Taylor of Freedom; three sons, Francis Gentry of Worthington, Wilber Gentry of Martinsville and Merle Gentry of Spencer; one brother, John F. Stahl Sr. of Spencer; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymon Gentry, and one sister.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home with the Rev. David Warren officiating. Burial will be at Chambersville Cemetery.
