David Workman, 20, of Rushville, died due to an auto accident.
He was a Rushville Consolidated High School, Class of 1974 graduate.
Survivors include his parents, Merrell "Doc" & Ida Jo Workman, sister Bobby (JoAnn) Holmes, brothers Richard, Daniel and Robert and sister Julie.
Years later, David's nephew David Alexander Workman passed away in 2009.

David my dear friend. While growing up in Rushville and especially our grade school years, you were one of my closest friends (along with Benjie Cregar, Billy Beard, David Pea & Keith Buchanan) always hanging with each other "on the block" of Sexton, Arthur & Jackson Streets.
While we somewhat grew apart in junior high/high school we always remained friends and my memories will never be forgotten.
