Edla Mary Ekberg was born in Omaha, Douglas Co., Ne. to Swan Peter & Anna Olson Ekberg. Father, Swan 1856-1933
born in Sweden & died in Nebraska. Mother, Anna Olson
born in Sweden died in Nebraska 1900.

Siblings: Carl Raymond, Esther E. , and Virgil Ekberg [Freeman].

She married Oliver Perry Keller in Council Bluffs, Ia, Aug. 22, 1911. Oliver died Dec. 1, 1919 from TB.
Born to them one son, Venzel Keller, July 1913.

She moved to California in 1921. In 1924 she married
Harry Albert Baldwin and is found on the 1930 census with Harry and her son Venzel Keller Baldwin.

Woman Traffic Victim Expires:

Mrs. Ella [sp] Marie [sp] Baldwin, 43, died early yesterday morning in Mercy Hospital from injuries incurred in a traffic accident Nov. 28. She lived at 3711 Mississippi St.

Mrs. Baldwin was injured fatally when she was struck at Mississippi St. & University Ave. by a car said to have been driven by William Parker 27, a sailor aboard the U.S.S. Koka.

For several years Mrs. Baldwin had been a clerk in the children's department at Lion's Clothing Store. An inquest into her death will be held today at 1p.m. in Bonham's Mortuary.

She is survived by a widower, Harry Baldwin, a father, Swan Ekberg, Turlock Ca. and Carl Ekberg, brother of Los Angeles. Funeral arrangements are not yet complete.
