Felix Latond, 67, died unexpectedly at his place of business shortly after 11 o'clock Saturday morning from a heart attack. For the past four years he has conducted a soft drink parlor beneath the Luis Hotel at 714 So. Central Avenue.
His lifeless body was discovered in a chair about a half hour after he had been seen in apparently good health.
Mr. Latond who was unmarried was born in Canada and made his home in this city for a number of years. The only surviving relative that he has in this section is Allie Cournoyer who lives on a farm a short distance from Marshfield.
