Final rites were held this afternoon at Johnson's Chapel for Mrs. Charlie Filyaw , 72, who passed away Wednesday at her home on Danville 3.
Rev. K. M. Kelley conducted the services, while Peck directed interment in the adjoining cemetery.
The deceased is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Sanford, Danville 2, and Mrs. Lillian Long, Danville 3; one brother, Eugene Heflin of Moulton; three sisters, Mrs. Luke Montgomery, Moulton, Mrs. Henry Montgomery, Moulton; and Mrs. Eaton Alexander of Moulton; twenty-five grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Fred Sanford, Hoyt Sanford, Ernest Sanford, Ulous Hill, Russell Hill, and Truman Hill.
