Died in Handley Memorial Hosp @ 1111 Mount Vernon, Springfield, MO. where she had stayed for six months according to the death cert. Husband not named on the document. She was cremated at Newcomers in KC. MO. Female, white, widow. Death cert. gives the birth as 1887 instead of 1888 that is on the stone. I thought there may have been error with the mothers maiden name and it should be Guthrie which would be more common, but it is typed out and that is the way I have listed her.
