LAYTON – Mrs. Debra Long Head, 51, of Layton, Utah died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at the Ogden Regional Hospital in Ogden, Utah from complications due to an auto accident.

Debra was born August 13, 1957 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of Clyde T. and W. Virginia Long.

She married Michael E. Head on December 23, 2006 in Washington, Utah.

She was a member of the Summerfield LDS Ward in Layton, Utah.

She worked as an accountant and enjoyed driving truck across the country with her husband. She found time to enjoy outdoor activities, sewing/quilting, and being a grandmother.

Surviving is her husband of Layton; two sons and one daughter, David D. Hunsaker, Ogden; Jason J. and Marlinda Hunsaker, St. George, Kimberly L. Hunsaker, Logan; and seven grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers and two sisters, John Arlain and Lois Long, North Salt Lake, Dennis V. and Eyvonne Long, Manila, Mrs. Ronald (Sharlain) Morse, Ogden and Mrs. Ron (Christine) Lee of Layton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister and two brothers, Marion M. Long, Steven D. Long and David C. Long.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden where friends may call Friday, November 21st from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday prior to the service from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment in Ogden City Cemetery.
