Andrew Bermingham age 28 years. Enrolled at New York City, to serve three years, and mustered in as private, Company A, on October 18, 1861. Mustered in as second lieutenant on December 26, 1861. Mustered in as first lieutenant on July 2, 1862. Wounded in action, mortally, arm, on December 13, 1862. He died of his wounds on December 17, 1862. His name is also borne as Bruningham. Gravesite Details

Commissioned on 10/18/61 as a 2nd Lieutenant. He was promoted to 1st Lieut. 7/2/62. Andrew was wounded in the right leg at Fredericksburg, Va. 12/13/62. The leg was amputated and he later died from his wounds.
