Clarence Oscar Treu, aged 10 years, died this morning at 6:30 o'clock at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Treu, corner of Piqua road and Rudisill avenue, of pneumonia. The boy was taken ill with a cold about a week ago while at school, but had been about until yesterday when he became worse. The physician was called and he pronounced him suffering with pneumonia. He continued to grow worse until death came. Besides his parents, four sisters survive.
The funeral will take place Thursday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon from the residence, Rev. Dannecker officiating. The burial will be at the St. John cemetery.
