Parents: Oscar Joseph (O.J.) Albee was born 27 Nov 1854. His parents were Frank Albee and Marie Catherine Hendricks. Oscar's father died in 1856. His mother married Dr. Fisher W. Ames on 14 Jul 1859. Dr. Ames adopted Oscar Ames, giving him the "Ames" name.
