Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Allison, 87, were held in the chapel of Hooper Huddleston Funeral Home June 6 at 2:00 with Rev. Andrew Albert and Rev. David Campbell Officiating.
Mrs. Allison, a former resident of Putnam County, died Wednesday in Madison Heights, MI.
She was a native of Putnam County, the daughter of the late James P. and Maggie McCaleb Mahan and the widow of the late Martin Allison.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Jean Crawford, Cookeville, Mrs. Mable Cusick, Madison Heights, MI, Mrs. Alma Boyd, Highland Park, MI, 1 son, Albert Allison, Sparta, 2 sisters, Mrs. Hattie Kilgore, Mt.View, AR, Mrs. Vacova Rager, Nashville, 1 brother, Homer Mahan, Feldsburg, KS, a half sister, Mrs. Elua Mae West, Imperial Beach, CA, 10 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren.
Buried in Stewart Cemetery, Putnam, Co, TN
