Northeastern Iowa paper, Mrs. Annie L. Tileston was taken by death at the home of her son, Arthur, in Ajo, Arizona, yesterday noon. Although ailing for a long time her condition did not become critical until two weeks ago. her daughter, Mrs. H. B. Spensley, and daughter, Mary Alice, Alpine street, were with her when she was taken by death.
The remains will be brought to this city for interment in Linwood cemetery.
Mrs. Tileston was born in Dubuque sixty eight years ago and had resided here until several years ago when she moved to Arizona with her son. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Spensley, this city, two sons, Arthur and Howard, four grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. A. Y. McDonald, and a brother, George T. Lyon, this city.
