Funeral services will be at 2 pm Thursday in the Jones Funeral Home, with burial in Lincoln Cemetery.Flora Mills, the daughter of Nathan & Rachel Outland Mills, was born December 6, 1870, in Vermilion County, Illinois. She was married to Andrew H. Prowell December 4, 1891, in Burlington, and had lived in the Lebo neighborhood for the past 71 years. She is survived by one son, Elza Prowell, Olivet; one daughter, Mrs. Earl Son, Burlington; one half brother, Harry Hinshaw, Halstead; two half sisters, Mrs. Stella Vance, National City, California, and Mrs. Henry Spielman, Lebo; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
