He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas Clifford Andrew Sr and Rowena Phipps Andrew; a son, Thomas Clifford Andrew III; his aunt and uncle, Una Phipps Crowell and Rufus Crowell; and his sister, Jeanne Andrew Pace. He was survived by his wife; two nephews; and many other family members.
A memorial service was conducted on Monday, December 22, 2008, at the Emory United Methodist Church. Interment on April 21, 2009.
