MRS. LELA VIRGINIA ABRAMS
Of 106 E. 14th St., Tyrone, died
at her home at 3 p.m. yesterday.
She was born Sept. 1, 1880, at
Lemasters Station, a daughter of
William 0. and Sue (Heck) Brindle,
and married Howard C. Abrams
at Birmingham Dec. 23,
1903. Surviving are her husband
three children, Clinton B. and
Glenn H. of Tyrone and Mrs. Robert
Steel of Johnstown; four grand-
children, two great-grandchildren,
and two brothers. John of Miami,
Fla., and W. E. of Trenton, N. J..
A daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Dawson,
died Dec. 7, 1958. Mrs. Abrams
was a member of the First
Methodist Church Tyrone, the
Naomi Ruth Bible Class. War
Mothers and Auxiliary to the Tyrone
American. Legion Post.
Friends will be received at the
home after 7 p.m. today.
