William Lewis "Bill" Davis, 70, of Leesville passed away Monday, Dec. 15, 2008 at St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles.

Bill was born in Kingston, PA and has lived in Leesville since June of 1970. He retired from the US Army, after 22 years, as an E-8 Master Sergeant, He served two tours in the Vietnam War and one in Korean War. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart.

He was a Lifetime Member of the VFW and the American Legion Retired Military Post # 387. He also was a member of the Orange Masonic Lodge in Anacoco, a 32nd degree Mason, Member of and Past Worthy Patron, Orange Chapter # 224 Order of the Eastern Star and El-Karubah Shine.

Bill was cremated and at this present time there will be no funeral services.
