Mrs. Brodbeck was born in Chambersburg on November 11, 1917, to the late Daniel E. and Ann M. (McLaughlin) Smith.
Edna was employed as a tooth marker/clerk for Dentsply International until retirement. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, York and a member of the 25 Year Club at Dentsply International.
Edna is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Janet Wege, Elizabeth Allison Brady, Dorothy Livelsberger Hammer; and one brother, James Smith.
Final resting place will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
