VALPARAISO -- Jeremy A. Waters, 15, of Valparaiso, died Saturday, May 27, 1995, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac.
He was born Oct. 2, 1979, in Crown Point, the son of Joseph W. and Nancy L. (Hefner) Waters.
He was a sophomore student at Valparaiso High School, an employee of the Big Wheel Restaurant and a former Vidette-Messenger carrier.
Surviving are his parents of Valparaiso; three brothers, Joseph W. Waters Jr., Justin Lee Waters and Jefferson Eric Waters, all at home; a sister, Melissa Lynn Waters of North Carolina; paternal grandparents, Warren and Mary Kay Waters of DeMotte; great-grandmother, Kathleen Eberly of Dyer. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donald and Virginia Hefner.
Services 11 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 1995, at Dykes Funeral Home, Valparaiso; W. Scott Vickers officiating; burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, Valparaiso; visitation 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dykes Funeral Home.
