Muncie - Rose Mary Adams, 78, of Muncie, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at The Waters of Muncie.

She was born May 22, 1930 in Muncie to the late Russell Clifford and Mary Melissa Wright. She attended Muncie Schools.

Rose spent most of her life as a homemaker and an awesome mom. She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, fishing, crafts, and spending time with her family.

Rose is survived by her husband of 48 years, Earl A. Adams; six children, Helen Chambers of Wabash, Ron Horn of Muncie, Cathy Bouslog (husband, Randy) of Yorktown, Ella Laudermilt (husband, William) of Muncie, Jack A. Adams of Muncie, Rodrick Adams of Muncie, she also considered Kay Littrell of Montpelier and Jackie Bartling of Muncie as daughters; a daughter-in-law, Penny Perkins; four brothers, Robert Wright (wife, Linda of Hillham, TN, Denver Clifford of IN, Steve Clifford (wife, Debbie) of Muncie, and Marshal Clifford (wife, Diane) of Muncie; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by three children, Michael Berg, Mary "Mickie" Poston, and Tony Perkins; two brothers, Dennis Clifford and Jack Clifford; and a sister, Betty Thomas.

A funeral service to celebrate Rose's life will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2008 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home at 4600 W. Kilgore Ave with Pastor Dwight Kruger officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
