Funeral services for W.T. Letlow, prominent resident of the Start community, who died at his home early Tuesday morning, were held at the residence Wednesday morning. Rev. S.S. Holladay, pastor of the Gordon Avenue Methodist Church of Monroe, officiated. The body was taken to Sweet Home Cemetery, near Strong, Ark., for burial.
Mr. Letlow, who was highly esteemed here, died on his 38th wedding anniversary. He is survived by his widow and 11 sons and daughters. The sons and daughters are: Mrs. Ara Gathright, Mrs. Amester Head, Mrs. Essie Head, Mrs. Rena Hendrix, Berry Letlow, DOrothy Lee Letlow, Doris Letlow, Maria Letlow, Cloice Letlow, John Letlow and Elliot Letlow.
