She was the daughter of Elmer G. and Lula Pearl (Stone) Barber. She was a homemaker and loved to babysit and embroidery. Hazel was a member of the Mayfair United Methodist Church and was a babysitter for the church for 14 years. She lived her life in Oklahoma City and moved to Sapulpa in October 1999. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Tommy L. Ball, and her oldest son, Larry W. Ball. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2 p.m. at Mayfair United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Younts will be officiating.
