He was the son of Granvel and Jessie (Stubblefield) Bethel. Bill owned and operated Bill Bethel Construction in Bristow. On June 3, 1954 in Bristow, Oklahoma, Bill Bethel united in marriage with the love of his life, Shirley Williams. He was a member of the First Church of God in Bristow. He loved working in construction. He also enjoyed going camping and spending time at the farm with his livestock. Funeral services will be 10am, Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the First Church of God in Bristow with Reverend Tim Mosher and Reverend Wayne Gemmill officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Memorial Gardens in Bristow.
