Council Bluffs News - Reuben C. Berger died yesterday morning at his home, 1007 Avenue A, from heart disease, aged 68 years. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon from the residence and interment will be in the family burial lot in Walnut Hill cemetery. Rev. Perkins of the First Christian church will conduct the services. Mr. Berger came to Council Bluffs twelve years ago from Brownville, Neb. He served during the civil war in the union army and was a member of the Union Veteran legion. He was a native of Ohio.
