Nancy was the sixth of nine children born to Mary Morgan (Hebb) and George Fenton Snouffer of Frederick County, MD. In 1904 she married Archie H. Asquith of Virginia. They settled in Cleveland, OH and lived out their lives in that area. They never had any children. Archie died in 1932 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He is also buried beside her in Rockville Union Cemetery in the Snouffer family plot.
