Freda, age 89, passed away at Rapid City Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of Alfred Prentice and Gertrude (McGee) Terrell. She graduated from Arkadelphia High School in 1935 and Henderson State Teachers College with a bachelor of science degree in 1939. She married Louie S. Hoffman in 1965. She married J.L. Beckham on June 10, 1969, in Hot Springs. She is survived by her second husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, and her daughter, Barbara. Graveside services were held at Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs.
