Hollister, May 26, - The ashes of Mrs. Susan Allen, 80, who died Wednesday in Berkeley, were brought here today for burial in the family plot in the Odd Fellows' cemetery. Mrs. Allen was a pioneer resident of this town, leaving here 45 years ago, and had since resided in Watsonville, San Jose, and the last 15 years with a daughter, Mrs. E. H. Nutter of Berkeley.
Another daughter and two sons also survive her: Mrs. Kara Allen and Chester Allen, both of Berkeley and Sheldon Allen, Hollister business man. The late Sheldon Allen, Sr., planted one of the first orchards in San Benito County. Mr. & Mrs. Sheldon Allen, Jr., accompanied the ashes to Hollister.
