Audrey Anderson, 88, a resident of Wiregrass Nursing Home in Geneva, Alabama, died Friday, January 24, 2003, after an extended illness.
She was born in Tattnall County, Georgia, and was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Elizabeth Bradley Anderson, and six brothers and two sisters. Miss Anderson managed the Cherrio Motel/Quality Inn in Glennville, Georgia, prior to moving to Geneva to live with her sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and C. C. Cotter.
She is survived by one niece, Ann Cotter Owens of Geneva, Alabama; one nephew, Mack Anderson of Orlando, Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 26, at Old Tabernacle Cemetery in New Brockton, Alabama, with the Rev. Lee Jones officiating.
