Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 10:00 o’clock for Mrs. Carrie Clark Church, who died at Grand Rapid, Mich., last Saturday.
Mrs. Church died suddenly at the age of 79.
She was the sister of the late Henry and Andrew Clark, and was buried in Magnolia Cemetery beside the brothers, with Rev. R.A. Allums in charge of the last rites, with McKay’s Morticians directing.
Pallbearers were T.H. Byrd, T.M. Ferrill, Ernest Ward, G.S. Dickins, O.F. Moss an B.F. Bailey.
She is survived by her husband, Alton E. Clark, two daughters, Mrs. Juanita Pierson, of Grand Rapid, and Mrs. Frances E. Lane, of Prichard, Ala., 6 grandchildren, and other relatives.
